Join Rachel Dugan for a Hatha yoga class designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind and connecting with the present moment. This class is open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Each session will explore foundational postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), and mindful practices to align body, mind, and spirit.

Please bring a mat and any props you’d like to support your practice (blocks, straps, blankets). For the first month, this class is offered on a donation basis, allowing you to experience the benefits of yoga at a contribution level that feels comfortable. This is the threshold of purification. As light increases, anything misaligned is brought to the surface. Chaos, emotional intensity, and shadow work are part of the Merkabah’s clearing cycle. This painting reminds us that the storm is not a failure—it’s an acceleration. Your system is reorganizing for the higher frequency of embodiment.

Here, the Merkabah is awake and in motion. This piece reflects spiritual coherence—the integration of the Divine Masculine and Feminine, and the solar plexus claiming its light.
